Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and train staff in equipment, tools and processes.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/LSR/SA job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and run reports, inventory and cash control.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability.
• English language communication.
• Operating a motor vehicle.
• Food service certifications (e.g. ServSafe) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the activities of 2 or more full-time employees including assistants and CSR/LSR staff.
• Recruits, hires and trains positive, enthusiastic employees ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develops, manages and assigns tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept.
• Schedules employees within guidelines to maximize customer service and store image.
• Develops professional relationships with suppliers and resolves customer issues promptly.
• Trains staff on safety procedures and cash handling and ensures compliance with company standards.
• Ensures regular communication with store staff and District Manager.
• Analyzes daily sales and budgets, monitors margins, and reports discrepancies.
