Reports To: Captain (Store Manager), First Mate (Assistant Manager), Second Mate (Part-time Manager)

Overview

Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports the brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and makes service a top priority.

Functions & Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting their goals/measures
• Develops and maintains relationships with top customers
• Supports in-store event sourcing and execution

Customer Experience

• Ensures the store reflects the vision of “Every Day Should Feel This Good” through “Hosting the Party”
• Leads the store in email capture and educates new associates on best practices
• Ensures the customer wish list is always current and customers are notified when product arrives

Crew Development

• Assists with training new associates
• Fosters a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic crew and customer environment
• Helps recruit and refer top talent for the store’s teams
• Supports store and team-building activities with the management team

Operations

• Maintains loss prevention awareness at all times
• Maintains a clean and tidy store environment
• Maintains merchandising in accordance with company standards, current compass (floorset), and brand initiatives
• Contributes to weekly product feedback
