Job summary

Batteries Plus is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and drive retail and commercial sales. This hands-on role blends leadership with customer service and light technical work to ensure a smooth-running store and satisfied customers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coach and problem-solve. A valid driver’s license and flexible scheduling are required for this role.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to coach, resolve conflicts, and problem-solve effectively.
• Technical aptitude for light repair, battery testing, and installation.

• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, evenings, and occasional travel.
