Batteries Plus in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and drive retail sales while delivering exceptional customer service and light technical work.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or retail management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail management and supervisory experience.
• Experience in commercial sales is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to coach, resolve conflicts, and problem-solve effectively.
• Technical aptitude for light repair, battery testing, and installation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, evenings, and occasional travel.
