Job summary

Batteries Plus is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a diverse team, and drive retail sales. You will blend leadership with customer service and light technical work to keep the store running smoothly and customers satisfied.

As the manager, you will mentor staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and monitor KPIs to achieve store goals. A strong communicator with a proactive problem-solving mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or retail management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail management and supervisory experience.
• Experience in commercial sales is desirable.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or retail management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail management and supervisory experience.

• Ability to coach, resolve conflicts, and problem-solve effectively.
• Technical aptitude for light repair, battery testing, and installation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, evenings, and occasional travel.
