GPM Investments, LLC invites applications for a Store Manager role in North Carolina. This position leads store operations, drives performance, and mentors a team of 8–15 across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform duties of store staff including cash handling, stocking, upselling, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members focusing on growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and deposits with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to take on deli or QSR operations when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of your store's operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go‑to person when coverage is needed—you’ll typically work days but must be available for any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform all duties of store employees including running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and actively upsell promotions and key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members, focusing on growth, accountability, and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle all banking and cash deposits—must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to take on anything the store needs—including cross‑training and stepping in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

• A valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for bank deposits).
• Retail or food management experience preferred.

• Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness.
• Minimum age requirement 21+ years old
• Certification Must have (or be able to obtain obtain) a Food Safety Certification

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

The pay range listed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum rate for the position. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and the shift for which the candidate is hired. This Store Manager role is a salary position requiring a minimum of 52 hours per week.
