Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the total operation of a seasonal store, maximize sales and profitability, and maintain Guest Services while controlling expenses. The role includes shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

The position demands strong leadership and proven retail management experience. The candidate must be 21 or older, have a flexible schedule, and be able to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 - $20.50 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and, controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
