Position Details:

• Hourly rate: $19.00 - $19.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Benefits include: Year-End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, Retention Pay Program. All bonuses and pay programs are subject to qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Control expenses, manage shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, setup, and teardown of the seasonal store.

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 21
• Flexible schedule
• Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience required.
