Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the total operation of a seasonal store, driving sales and profitability while ensuring exceptional guest services. You will manage merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and the setup and teardown of the seasonal store, while controlling costs and reducing shrink.

The role requires 21+ and a flexible schedule, with 8+ hours on your feet and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, and must be 21 or older.
• Ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Hourly rate ranges from $24.70 - $24.95 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and, controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
