Job summary

Spirit Halloween in California is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the total operation of a seasonal store, driving sales and guest satisfaction while controlling expenses.

You will manage staffing, merchandising, and inventory, and handle the setup and teardown of the seasonal store in alignment with company standards.

The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while standing 8+ hours.

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $21.90 - $22.15 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
