Job summary

Spirit Halloween seeks a Store Manager for a seasonal Goodyear, AZ location. You will oversee the total operation of the store, drive sales and profitability, and maintain guest services while controlling expenses.

The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be 21+ and able to work a variable schedule.

• The Store Manager oversees the total operation of the store, aiming for maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.
• Responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $20.50 - $20.75 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
