Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager for our Bullhead City location in Arizona. The ideal candidate will oversee the total operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability while upholding exceptional guest services.

The Store Manager is responsible for staffing, inventory control, and managing expenses. Candidates should be at least 21 years old, flexible, and have prior retail management experience.

The hourly rate ranges from $20.50 – $20.75 depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 21 and a flexible schedule is required.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store.
