Hourly Rate: $20.25 to $20.50, dependent on qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services. They oversee store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses, shrinkage, managing human resources, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old and have prior retail management experience.
Physical Demands: The role requires standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours daily.
