Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs are subject to qualifications.

This position is for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween as an Assistant Store Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
  2. Assist in maximizing sales and profitability by maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, and controlling expenses, shrinkage, merchandising, and inventory.
  3. Ensure the store operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Must have a flexible schedule.
  • Prior retail management experience is required.

Physical Demands: The job requires 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
