Hourly rate ranges from $19.23 to $19.48 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, overseeing store operations, controlling expenses, managing human resources, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The physical demands include over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The minimum age requirement is 21. Prior retail management experience is required.
