Job summary

LOFT in Strongsville, OH is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the customer and associate experiences in our store. You will drive a profitable business by focusing on service, operating performance, visual standards, and community engagement.

You will coach a diverse team, hire and train staff, and ensure a welcoming experience for all customers while delivering omnichannel shopping excellence and strong execution of company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent.
• Technology proficient with the ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and action plans.
