Position Summary

The primary purpose of the Store Manager is upholding the daily store operations of a retail store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandising execution, managing expenses and inventory, training and development of the store team, human resources management, and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall quality and performance of the retail store staff.
• Analyze and measure business trends to maximize revenues and control costs better than plan.
• Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures.
• Model effective leadership to gain commitment to store goals and training standards.
• Recruit, select, train, and develop store personnel.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for all store employees.
• Manage expenses and develop strategies that position stores to perform in accordance with the budget.
• Monitor and identify issues related to shrink and inconsistencies; pursue shrink at or below company plan.
• Monitor and control all aspects of operational compliance, safety, and business standards.
• Identify market conditions and merchandise opportunities; communicate information to the District Manager.
• Ensure company customer service standards are upheld so each customer receives outstanding service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule

A standard work week consists of a minimum of 46 hours. Flexible schedule required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods; lift, carry, or push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Work extended hours during critical phases.

Compensation

Store Manager pay range: $22.15 - $25.15 per hour, with bonus opportunities if KPIs are met. All roles eligible for company 401(k) plan. Full‑time roles eligible for medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, and company‑paid time off.
