Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Biometrics / I2 Analyst, Mid in the Quantico, VA area. You will conduct multi‑INT triage, research, exploitation, organization, and production of biometric and all‑source intelligence in a 24/7/365‑366 shift environment.

You will develop finished intelligence and dissemination products, ensuring reports are clear and properly formatted. The role requires working knowledge of EFTs, ORIs, TCNs, and BEWL watchlisting operations, with a strong emphasis on identity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• At least 7+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MULTI-INT triage, research, exploitation, organization, prioritization, analysis production, and dissemination in accordance with SOP.
• Provide expertise to support all facets of I2 analysis, including triage, research, exploitation, analysis, production, and dissemination of biometric, for senior reporting.
• Develop finished intelligence, biometric/biographic‑related analysis reports, SIGINT or CELLEX‑related analysis reports, DOMEX derived reports, All‑Source analysis reports, analytic briefings, or RFI responses.

• Conduct MULTI-INT triage, research, exploitation, organization, prioritization, analysis production, and dissemination in accordance with Government priorities, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Provide expertise to support all facets of I2 analysis, including triage, research, exploitation, analysis, production, and dissemination of Biometric, Forensic, Face & Image Analysis, Cellular Exploitation (CELLEX), Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) derived products, and I2 training.
• Develop finished intelligence, biometric/biographic‑related analysis reports, SIGINT or CELLEX‑related analysis reports, DOMEX derived reports, All‑Source analysis reports, analytic briefings, RFI responses, training material, or future analytical products.
• Exploit identity‑related information, all‑source/multi‑intelligence information, cellular‑derived information, and Sigint to produce All‑Source intelligence products in a 24/7/365‑366 shift environment.
• Utilize DONISIS, BI2R, or any other mandatory or future systems for research and exploitation.
• Ensure reports are intelligible, cogent, comprehensive, understandable, and properly formatted and classified.
• Apply Identity Intelligence knowledge of Electronic Fingerprint Transaction (EFT) files, Originating Identifiers (ORIs), Transaction Control Numbers (TCNs), Biometric Identifiers (BIDs), and other I2 biometric information.

Education, Experience, & Skills

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Normal office environment.
• During high‑tempo operations, maintain situational awareness and relay intelligence in real time.
• Must be able/willing to work shift work – start and end times will be at discretion of I2 Branch supervisors/leadership.

Compensation

Salary range: $73,000.00 – $77,000.00 (annualized USD).
