KnitWell Group, parent to LOFT, is hiring a Store Manager for the Downtown Silver Spring, MD location. You will lead customer and associate experiences, drive a profitable business, and coach your team to deliver exceptional service in a welcoming environment.

You will oversee operations, budgeting, payroll, and community partnerships, while leveraging technology to create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. Join a brand-focused, results-driven retail team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies to drive results.
• Action-oriented mindset with ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments.

Store Manager

As a Store Manager, you will lead the customer and associate experiences in your store.
