KnitWell Group's LOFT in Huntington Beach is seeking a Store Manager to lead the customer and associate experiences. You will drive a profitable business by focusing on customer service, operations, visual standards, and local community engagement.

You will coach your team to reach their potential, hire and develop talent, and ensure a welcoming in-store experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and a hands-on approach to payroll, budgeting, and daily store management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset in customer interactions.
• Strong people management and talent development.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.

Pay Range: $27.70 - $34.65 Hourly USD
