Position: Store Manager - Sikeston Area

We are seeking a qualified Store Manager with a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Our success depends on providing outstanding customer service, a great selection, and competitive prices. As a Store Manager, you will be the face of the company, leading employees and working directly with customers needing tires, routine maintenance, and other services.

While automotive experience is a plus, it is not required. We value a proven track record in sales and management and will provide training for the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $150,000, including base plus bonus. Base pay of $65,000 to $75,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining store standards, product knowledge, handling escalated complaints, and meeting time commitments.
• People Management: Set clear expectations, communicate regularly, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure policy compliance. Lead by example.
• Financials: Analyze business trends, develop strategies to maximize sales, meet profit targets, manage inventory, and handle customer transactions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum age of 18
• At least 5 years of sales experience in auto repair management or related automotive industry experience
• Experience in team management, coaching, and business development
• Ability to meet sales and profit goals consistently
• Previous experience as an automotive technician is a plus but not required
• Availability to work at least five days, including Saturdays
