Job summary

LOFT in partnership with KnitWell Group seeks a Store Manager to lead the customer and associate experiences at Store 1879-Shops on Fremont Phase II in Chicago, IL. The role centers on delivering exceptional service, managing store operations, and driving profitability.

You will coach a team, oversee hiring and development, and ensure a welcoming environment while leveraging reporting to guide short- and long-term retail plans. This full-time position offers growth within the LOFT brand family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
• Hospitatlity mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
