Ann Taylor Store at Tanger Outlets Sevierville seeks a Store Manager to lead customer and associate experiences, drive a profitable business, and uphold operational and visual standards while engaging with the local community.

You'll bring to the role

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)

• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results
