Job summary

Ann Taylor stores are seeking a Store Manager in Williamsburg to lead customer and associate experiences, drive profitable operations, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach and develop a diverse team, manage daily store activities, and leverage data to shape short- and long-term retail plans. This Regular/Full time role offers a competitive benefits package.

You’ll bring to the role

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)

• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results
