Cenex1 is seeking a Store Manager in Sauk City, WI to oversee all aspects of store operations. You will hire, mentor, supervise, buy and merchandise products, schedule staff, manage inventory and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

We require strong customer service, leadership, and merchandising skills to drive labor efficiency and margins while maintaining a well-stocked, attractive store. Flexibility to meet store needs and effective communication are essential.

The Store Manager is accountable for the total operation of the store. Responsibilities include hiring, mentoring, supervision, buying and merchandising products, scheduling, controlling inventory, complying with relevant regulations and standards.
