CONSUMERS COOPERATIVE OIL COMPANY in Sauk City, WI is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, mentor staff, oversee merchandising, scheduling, and inventory control while upholding company standards.

You will hire, train, and develop a high-performing team, drive customer service excellence, manage labor and margin targets, and maintain a well-stocked, visually appealing store in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a well-stocked, beautifully merchandised store and uphold store standards.

The Store Manager is accountable for the total operation of the store. Responsibilities include hiring, mentoring, supervision, buying and merchandising products, scheduling, controlling inventory, complying with relevant regulations and standards.
