Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations for both the retail and pharmacy sections. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer and patient experiences.

You will oversee merchandising, inventory, and adherence to regulatory requirements, while fostering a engaging team culture and delivering results in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years retail management experience
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and staffing.
• Monitor customer service, train team, and develop action plans for improvement.
