Job summary

Ultimart is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our convenience/gas station stores. You will manage personnel, merchandising, inventory, and cash handling while ensuring loss prevention and regulatory compliance.

You’ll lead a team, drive customer service excellence, and coordinate scheduling, training and performance coaching to uphold Ultimart standards across locations in the Fox Valley area.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a team and manage daily store operations.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and merchandising effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities
