• Use reports (P&L, RMIA, Labor, BOB) to maximize effectiveness.
• Manage budgeting and ensure operations stay within budgets.
• Oversee merchandising planning and displays.
• Ensure internal controls and audit compliance.
• Control shrink and safeguard company assets.
• Manage inventory levels and monitor in‑stock状况.
• Motivate and lead associates toward objectives.
