Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop retail staff with growth goals and performance feedback.
• Forecast scheduling needs and create work schedules accordingly.
• Oversee staff supervision to meet sales and merchandising standards.
• Oversee daily cash handling and deposits.
• Conduct associate evaluations for feedback and growth.
• Develop and implement in-store marketing and promotions.
• Promote customer service as the top priority and coach staff.
• Manage inventory: replenishments, SKU management and stock accuracy.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain store environment.
