Key responsibilities include:

2. Ensure all associates are knowledgeable of company policies and are proficient in solving customer service issues quickly.
3. Consistently recruit, interview and hire top talent.
4. Provide ongoing training to sales team.
5. Facilitate regular one-on-one coaching discussions to provide continual feedback to improve performance.

7. Maintain a professional work environment and addressing associate relations issues appropriately.

The ideal candidate will possess:
