Responsibilities

• Lead on-the-floor operations and serve as a role model for the team.
• Coach, develop and inspire staff to deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience.
• Hire, onboard and train staff to meet staffing needs and store goals.
• Drive sales by executing the sales plan and brand standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and awareness of fashion trends.
• Ensure policy compliance and excellent customer service.
