Responsibilities
  1. Provide leadership to ensure store management aligns with our culture of customer satisfaction and mutual respect.
  2. Manage staffing to meet sales goals within payroll budgets.
  3. Implement customer service standards to ensure positive customer experiences.
  4. Hire and schedule store personnel, especially during peak seasons.
  5. Oversee store merchandising and daily operations, including opening and closing the store.
  6. Other duties as assigned.
