Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all store operations onsite in the United States, Georgia. You will lead a team, drive profitability, manage inventory and P&L, and recruit and develop talent while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum 50-hour week and on-call availability. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for successful store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and MVR.
• Hours include evenings/weekends/holidays, and at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month.
• On-call availability 24/7.

• Schedule team members effectively to meet guest demand and deliver a superior experience while maintaining labor controls
