Majors Management - Short Stop is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of the store’s team and operations, driving profitability, managing inventory, and delivering a superior guest experience.

Reporting to the District Manager, this is a full-time onsite role requiring flexibility, including evenings and weekends, with at least 50 hours per week. Competitive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year retail management experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean MVR.

• Manage day-to-day store operations.
• Hire and train talent; manage performance.
• Schedule shifts to meet guest demand while controlling labor.
• Drive store profitability and analyze sales trends.
• Forecast payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses.
• Implement plans to generate additional sales opportunities.
• Create organized, process-oriented environment.
• Communicate objectives and culture of guest service.
• Set expectations and track results for improvement.
