Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the full operation of a seasonal store in New York. You will drive sales, ensure guest satisfaction, manage expenses, and lead a team through setup, operation, and teardown.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of a store to maximize sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.
• Responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Must maintain a flexible schedule.
• Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
