Spirit Halloween in New York is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the total operation of a seasonal store, drive sales, and ensure excellent guest experiences. You will lead staffing, merchandising, inventory control, and daily operations to maximize profitability.

The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds. A 21+ age requirement applies and you’ll coordinate teardown after the season.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with store operations, merchandising, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total store operation to maximize sales and profitability.
• Maintain Guest Services standards and control expenses.
• Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and seasonal setup/teardown.
