Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and counsel up to termination.
• Make recommendations regarding employee pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations regularly.
• Open and close the store as required, maintaining security and standards.
• Evaluate operating statements to identify trends and opportunities.
• Order to meet in-stock targets and manage inventory weekly.
• Staging, stocking and storage of merchandise following company processes.
• Present merchandise per established practices with proper pricing and signage.
• Maintain inventory controls, cashier accountability and cash procedures.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and ensure a safe environment.
• Ensure store readiness with needed tools and compliance with SOPs.
