Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location in Riverview, FL. You will hire, train, and supervise team members while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes meeting financial targets, implementing Panda's operating standards, and participating in over 12 weeks of leadership training that can lead to a General Manager position. Eligible candidates must be able to relocate within 50 miles and work a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Flexibility to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, training, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop the team to uphold Panda’s standards and culture, and participate in leadership development programs toward GM readiness.
