Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location, driving financial results and guest satisfaction. You will hire, coach and supervise staff, ensuring safe operations and quality service while participating in a leadership training track for future General Manager roles.

Candidates should be flexible to relocate within 50 miles, work a varied schedule including openings and closings, and maintain Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in Panda's leadership development path with a training program and GM certification.
• Support and mentor team members to ensure smooth store performance and customer satisfaction.
