Colliflower Inc., a leading Parker Hannifin distributor of hoses and fittings, has an immediate opening for a Store Manager at our new Statesboro, GA location. The hours of this position are Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM.

Since 1951, Colliflower has built an excellent reputation for customer service and high-quality fluid conveyance products. We fabricate and sell hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, fittings, quick couplings, adapters, and accessories. With over 40 stores across 10 states, we are expanding further.

The Store Manager oversees all store operations, providing excellent customer service, maximizing sales and profits, and maintaining a well-organized, secure, and clean environment. The role includes training and supervising Store Manager Trainees and Assistant Store Managers.

Compensation

Salary depends on experience and skills, with additional earning opportunities through commissions, referral bonuses, and after-hours pay.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer issues and recommend solutions
• Provide excellent service and maintain customer relationships
• Fabricate hoses and manage sales quotes
• Manage cash and payments

Marketing & Customer Management

• Create customer awareness and promote products
• Develop sales strategies and monitor competitor activity
• Build and maintain customer relationships

Inventory & Operations

• Manage inventory based on sales data
• Ensure store security, cleanliness, and maintenance
• Handle receiving, shipping, and stocking

Personnel Management

• Train and supervise staff
• Provide performance feedback

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service and management experience
• Complete Parker Store Professional certification
• Strong business, organizational, communication, and mechanical skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical & Work Environment

• Lift up to 150 lbs, perform physical tasks
• Work in a workshop environment with tools and equipment
• This is an on-site position, not remote
