Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to run a Panda Express store, responsible for hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to stores within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of a single Panda store to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
Hire, manage and direct store associates to ensure successful store performance.
Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
