Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for store management responsibilities.
