Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

The largest resale group in the country is looking for leaders!Once Upon a Child, Plato's Closet, and Clothes Mentor are looking for leaders to join us in the growing resale business. Leaders will serve as General Managers or Assistant Store Managers at one of our 24 retail locations, overseeing 25-50 employees. Our stores are high volume resale stores where the GM needs to be quick to prioritize and solve problems.GM candidates must have management experience leading a team of employees, and demonstrate good prioritizing, problem solving, and customer experience skills.

General Managers and/or Assistant Managers are required to work 40-43 hours per week and able to stand 6 to 8 hours per shift.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Always Demonstrating Leadership Presence
• Building and leading a team of 25 to 50 employees
• Meeting or exceeding financial goals and managing controllable expenses with the guidelines established
• Strong inventory management skills
• Keeping employee turnover to a minimum
• Executing store promotions
• Ensuring security and loss prevention measures are being enforced
