This position works from our Plymouth, MN office Monday – Friday during our core business hours of 8am – 5pm, with travel approximately 12 – 14 weeks per year.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Promoting Winmark’s mission to provide Resale for Everyone and foster productive working relationships with franchisees, as well as serving as a liaison between the various departments within the corporate office and franchisees.
  • Conducting onsite and virtual store visits, in addition to other support and communication methods, working closely with franchisees to execute sound operational strategies by following the brand standards and models.
  • Providing evaluation and education to franchisees relating to their business results individually and with comparison to system wide performance.
  • Tracking all pertinent store support activities in CRM for assigned region to ensure store support expectations and documentation.
  • Participating in training for franchisees including the development of curriculum and ongoing assessment of program. Attending and participating in leading sessions during the annual conference, along with potentially participating in regional meetings.

Primary qualifications for our role include:

  • 4+ years Retail Management experience including merchandising and inventory management, preferably in multi-unit retail management with soft lines or related industry
  • Excellent leadership, written and verbal communication skills, and time management skills
  • Strong relationship building skills with a high level of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy
  • 4- year degree preferred in Business Management or related field; or a combination of education and relevant experience
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Ability to travel (approximately 12 – 14 weeks throughout the year, 25 - 30% out of town travel)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, with the ability to travel in the United States and Canada

Annual salary is $65,000 – $80,000 DOQ/DOE, plus discretionary profit-sharing and great benefits package.
