Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Store Manager on Deck to run a busy auto service store in the Parker area. You will drive guest services, oversee daily operations, manage expenses, and guide the team toward top performance while training into a Store Manager role.

The role emphasizes financial discipline, staff development, and maintaining high standards of service and safety. This position offers growth within a recognized automotive service network and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of management experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profit targets.
• Willingness to work at least five days, including Saturdays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and profitability through expense control and store performance.
• Manage store financials and asset controls, with proper closing procedures.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff in partnership with HR.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Ensure store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Maintain safe, efficient and customer-friendly operating conditions.
