• Customer Experience: Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment by delivering exceptional, genuine experiences that are engaging, efficient, and personalized
• Customer Experience: Utilizes service indicators and scheduling strategies to empower a service and selling culture; motivates leaders to cultivate customer relationships through styling services and store events
• Customer Experience: Leads the team to provide a frictionless experience by using technology to transact and prioritize omni services across channels
• Customer Experience: Drives community engagement by networking with local businesses and organizations for store events
• Leadership + Team Management: Promotes an inclusive environment and advocates diverse perspectives
• Leadership + Team Management: Develops talent networks and conducts regular interviews to source external perspectives
• Leadership + Team Management: Fosters onboarding and growth to strengthen brand, customer, and store connection
• Leadership + Team Management: Schedules development time and supports brand initiatives and team-building
• Visual + Business Operations: Plans daily to monthly procedures; reviews forecasts, scheduling, and payroll
