Perfect Stranger is seeking a creative, inspiring Store Manager to lead our youth fashion retail team. You will motivate staff, shape store culture, and deliver memorable customer experiences from the floor.

Qualifications

• Strong retail background with hands-on experience across stockroom and shop floor.
• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager leading medium to large teams.
• Warm, enthusiastic communicator who leads with positivity and purpose.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• High attention to detail with a strong understanding of retail profitability.
