Tilly's, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for the Westminster, CO location at Orchard Town Center. You will lead a team of associates and managers to deliver an outstanding Tillys Experience to every customer while managing all store operations to meet company goals.

Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, developing and motivating the team, maintaining a fun, upbeat environment, and ensuring superb customer service. Salary ranges hourly from $22.60 to $26.41.

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of Associates and Managers to consistently deliver an amazing Tillys Experience to every Customer. You will be responsible for all aspects of running a Store, including managing the Store Team and overseeing all Store operations to achieve Company goals and objectives. Hourly Salary Range: $22.60 - $26.41
Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
