Tilly's, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our Riverton, UT location. You will lead a team of sales associates and department managers to deliver the Tillys Experience, drive store performance, and ensure excellent Customer service.

You will recruit, hire, train, develop, and motivate your team to meet company goals. You will oversee daily store operations, schedule staff, manage store merchandising, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of Associates and Managers to consistently deliver an amazing Tillys Experience to every Customer. You will be responsible for all aspects of running a Store, including managing the Store Team and overseeing all Store operations to achieve Company goals and objectives.
